Donna Hadley is the Workers' Compensation Manager for United Dairy Farmers where she has handled claims for more that 20 years.  She currently serves on the Board of Managers and is past President of the South West Ohio Self-Insurers Association.  She has served on the OSIA Board of Managers since 2010.
